In 2018, KICA formed a course sharing network to boost student progress, promote academic innovation, improve efficiencies, and support institutional growth. Through course sharing, KICA institutions can provide students with flexible, affordable online courses, from like-minded colleges and universities, to get ahead or overcome hurdles on their path to graduation.

By participating, KICA institutions receive access to Acadeum's Course Share platform to find and vet courses easily. 

• 19 out of 21 KICA institutions have joined the course sharing network.
• 11 institutions are actively sharing or accessing courses through Acadeum.
• Since August 2018, KICA institutions have booked 4600+ enrollments.
• KICA institutions have generated nearly $650K in revenue from offering open course seats on the network, or by retaining students otherwise lost to transfer courses.
