The Kansas Independent College Association & Foundation is the host and coordinator of all professional development for our 21-member institutions. Not all of higher education is student facing, and so we arrange for a gathering of those essential services: HR, IT, Purchasing, Facilities, and Finance. We call this umbrella event Business Affairs and Operations. The 2025 Business Affairs & Operations Conference was held April 2025 in Topeka, KS at the Hotel Topeka at City Center.
